about nine or ten years old We came upto see Grandma one spring when we pulled
up to Grandmas house I seen the Dogwood trees
they were in bl um and I said look at the popcorn
tree My mom&Dad,My to brothers David, Ronnie,
and Paula stored lighting at me they said that ant nopopcorn tree. that is a Dogwood tree. I insisted that
it was a popcorn tree when we gate out of the car I
ran over to the tree to get some popcorn but when
I gate closer to the tree all of the popcorn turn in to
Flowers. I got so mad.
What a wonderful story and precious memory! It DOES look like popcorn! :) and I bet you weren't talking about any microwave popcorn either! :)
ReplyDeleteI use to think there was a little man inside a red light box that changed the colors of the lights. We lived in the country and didn't have redlights, so they were really magical to me! :)
Haha. That was funny. Sounds like something that would happen to me.
ReplyDeleteI remember when they added exit 2A to the interstate. When they were building it I thought they were going to have to renumber all of the exits and our exit 4 would now have to be exit 5. I didnt understand that they could just add the A to it.
